How long does roofing shingles last?
A: That question is dependent on the weather it endures however, it the state of Tennessee we see that roofs general reach their life expectancy around 10-15 years. Manufactures will report they are good for 20+ years however, that doesn't take in account the storms of Tennessee and the HOT and cold winters we get. If your shingles are a 3tab shingle then you can see them last less than that timeframe as they are only designed to withstand winds of 45-60mph.

A: Absolutely, missing siding is just as bad as missing shingles as water will run down along the boards and make its way inside your home.
Q: How long should it take to do my roof? A: We build 99% of our roofs in one day! The only thing that could change this is if you are multiple structures that are unique or, we have a storm that rolls through and we have to pause. However, rest assured we look at the weather to ensure we do not put ourselves in that position.
Q: When do materials get delivered? A: Material deliveries are typically made the business day preceding the planned start date of your project. This means that if your roof is scheduled for a Monday build, your materials will likely be delivered on Friday. Please help us by having driveways clear so that delivery crews can drop pallets of the needed materials in a safe place.
Q: When will the dumpster come and go from my project? A: The dumpster could come at the same time as the material, and it could stay up until 48 hours after your project is completed. If you have a Friday or Monday build, please be prepared for the dumpster to be onsite through the weekend, although response times have been excellent lately.
Q: What should I do with my cars? A: Please have a parking plan arranged for the duration of your project. Roofing debris, nails, and cars do not mix.
Q: Do I get to pick my shingle color if I get my roof approved through an insurance claim? A: Absolutely. Your project manager will walk you through the process of which shingles you can choice from and any upgraded products you want to replace on your roof.
